What is the role of Germany in Europe?
The Financial Times Deutschland (FTD) and the Global Climate Forum (GCF) will host a conference at the Mercator Project Center in Berlin next Tuesday, June 19, to discuss new economic thinking and the role for Germany in Europe.
The evening will feature a debate between Thomas Fricke, the FTD’s chief economist and one of the leading voices for new economic thinking, and Thomas Straubhaar, director of the Hamburg Institute of International Economics. The debate will focus on the need for new economic thinking in Europe and around the world.
